South Pointe, Miami Beach, Florida
A condominium / hotel project located on 18 acres in Southern tip of Miami Beach, consisting of three 43-story triangular buildings. Hitesh was the Senior Designer and participated in the final site plan and schematic design concept for all landscaping, including the entry and recreation areas, pedestrian walkways, hospitality and swimming pool areas and beach accesses. Hitesh worked with the well known Architect Helmut Jahn on this project (9/97 to 5/98).
