HM Design is the Landscape Architect for this 3/4 acre property. The existing river is the main element of the landscape design and most rooms face this river. The landscape design is broken down into an Upper Garden and a Lower Garden. The main showpiece for the Upper Garden where residents and guests would enter the property is a Rock Garden that is designed to have only native species. And the Car Park has a Fountain feature as the showpiece and which is located in visual axis with the entry/exit door. The lower garden has several landscape elements and includes the infinity pool, spa, entertainment center and yoga pavilion which overlooks the river. All species of plants and trees will be native and all flat roofs will be green roofs.
