HM Design was the lead Consultant, ecotourism planner and landscape architect for a Pacific Ocean-facing ecolodge located within a 4000-acre Ranch. HM Design’s team consisted of a Eco-psychologist and local Landscape Architect worked closely with the client family to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan which includes a high-end 18-unit ecolodge and wellness center, rental pool homes, pool, stables, library and trails.
