HM Design was the Landscape Architect and Architect and for this ½ acre property. So as not to cut any existing trees, the house lounge and master bedroom above were sensitively located between two “bombax” trees (Bombax ceiba). During construction, the foundation layout was changed to ensure that no roots were disturbed. This passive design action provided instant landscaping. An outdoor covered BBQ area was also designed, and which overlooks the sloping garden.
