HM Design was the master site planner and landscape architect for the development of an eco-luxury second-home conservation community. HM Design developed a environmental planning methodology and process which ensured that there is least impact on this fragile dry-forest ecosystem. A sensitive balance has been achieved between conservation and development. The master plan includes high-end eco-luxury ‘cabin in the woods’ homes, nature center, environmental center, fine-dining health restaurant, entrance arrival experience, clubhouse, observation towers and trails.
